    The menu evolves regularly to showcase the freshest locally sourced ingredients, providing our loyal patrons with novel culinary adventures.

    Our globally acclaimed wine cellar houses an impressive selection of over 2,500 wines to cater to every occasion, ranging from a simple 'Vin De Pays' to the most prestigious labels in the wine realm.

    Position: Restaurant Floor Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate daily dining room operations to ensure a flawless and exceptional guest experience
    • Lead and mentor the front-of-house team, offering training, guidance, and motivation to uphold top-notch service standards
    • Maintain impeccable dining area setup and ambiance in line with the restaurant's elegance
    • Engage with guests, handling inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and tact
    • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for efficient order delivery
    • Optimize efficiency by managing reservations, seating, and table turnover
    • Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards
    • Assist in developing service protocols and training programs
    • Promptly address and resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction
    • Support the General Manager in achieving operational and financial objectives

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience as a Restaurant Floor Manager or in a leadership capacity within fine dining or luxury hospitality
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and guide a team effectively
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
    • Thorough understanding of fine dining service standards, etiquette, and protocols
    • Ability to remain composed under pressure while maintaining professionalism
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding high standards
    • Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
    • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
