I am excited to announce that my client is seeking a highly motivated and Technical Service Delivery Manager to lead their rapidly growing Operations Department.

As the Technical Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee the Professional Services Team, whichis responsible for delivering large projects, security deployment and support, and technical escalation to the rest of the Operations team.

As a Technical Service Delivery Manager, you will work closely with a diverse group of clients to ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient services across all areas.

You will manage a team of highly skilled Technical Engineers and a Project Coordinatorto ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.

Technical Skills:

Strong management and leadership skills
Moderatescale project management
Interpersonal and communication skills
Organizational and detailoriented
IT MSP experience in the last 5 years
Azure experience, including AD and VMs
Advanced support and deployment of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint/OneDrive and Teams
Networking knowledge, including DHCP/DNS, VLANs, VPNs, and routing/switching
Windows Server management and troubleshooting, including RDS, AD, and AD Sync
Virtualization technology understanding, such as VMware and Hyper-V
Backup and recovery understanding
Cloud technology experience
Security, compliance, and governance understanding.
Full UK driving license and own vehicle
