    Excellent opportunity for an experienced HRIS Project Manager to join a fast growth organisation and implement a new global HRIS.

    This role will be on a 2 year fixed-term contract basis.

    You will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale HRIS implementations in a dynamic and changing organisation ideally with Dayforce experience.

    The role is to manage the implementation of Dayforce HR and Payroll for the UK business plus Dayforce core HR across the group countries.

    You will manage a project team of internal and external people plus 3rd parties, ensuring that all activity is aligned to the Programme Plan and needs of the business, meeting quality, cost, and time criteria, in a culturally sensitive manner.

    There will be a requirement to spend time working from their Head Office in York and a small amount of time during the European elements to travel in country, this is flexible for the right person but will not be a 100% home working role.

    Responsibilities:

    The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of the programme.

    Demonstrating effective co-ordination of the programme's deliverables and oversight of any risks and issues arising.

    • Planning and designing the programme, proactively monitoring progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
    • Ensuring compliance with the programme's governance arrangements
    • Delivering effective quality assurance and overall integrity of the programme

    Providing quality and timely outcomes to the business, you will:

    • Ensure the Project objectives are understood by all stakeholders and produce Programme and Project Plans that track progress against the critical success factors to deliver those objectives.
    • Set and manage priorities for the project teams.
    • Keep the team motivated by setting realistic targets, personally establishing positive relationships, and resolving conflicts by handling queries and issues in a calm, professional and positive way
    • Manage all key risks and issues by ensuring key project delivery and business resources are focused on the activity needed to remove blockers.
    • Reporting the progress of the programme at regular intervals to both Programme Director and the Steering Group. Produce reports including status updates on delivery milestones, decisions and approvals needed, issues and risks arising from the performance of the projects and recommendations for changes.

    Experience required:

    • Extensive Programme and Project management experience is essential
    • Proven track record of delivering large-scale HRIS implementations in a dynamic and changing organisation ideally with Dayforce experience
    • Participate and facilitate communication between employees, management, vendors, and other resources within the organisation
    • Ability to analyse and resolve complex issues, both logical and interpersonal.
    • Effective verbal and written communications skills
    • Ability to negotiate and defuse conflict
