Working Hours: 18:00 until 03:00

Hours per 8 day block: 34 hours
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off

Standard hourly rate:
£11 - £13 (Depends on experience)

Unsociable hourly rate (21:00 - 06:00) : £ £14.50 (Depends on experience)
Approx salary range £18,706 to £21,808 (Depends on experience)


Role of a Call Coordinator:


  • Handling a high volume of inbound/outbound phone calls
  • Handling online bookings/prebookings and managing a chat forum
  • Answering calls from the police, youth offending teams and other contracts and document their requirements
  • Entering all essential information into our systems in an accurate and timely manner
  • On receipt of the call, find available workers to dispatch to the call out
  • Facilitate the coordination of workers nationally to attend the requested location
  • Always ensure the highest standard of customer service at all times

Applicant Requirements:

  • We need individuals with the drive and passion to make a difference in peoples' lives and the personal resilience to work in a highpressured environment.
  • Good overall IT skills, especially using Outlook, Excel and Web Applications.
  • You will need to be able to work well within a team and independently, have fast/accurate typing skills and have a good standard of education or equivalent experience.
  • This role is suited to people who remain calm under pressure, are good at problemsolving, and have excellent interpersonal skills, with an empathetic nature.
