Maintenance Supervisor

City of London

£60,000 - £65,000

An exciting opportunity for a Technical Services Supervisor to work for a leading FM service provider on a prestigious contract in the West End. You will be joining an exciting contract for our client with a well established team that is personable and invests in your future providing further development and progression with the contract having the scope to increase in size and value.

You will be liaising with a team of 18 engineers, working closely with the client, providing regular updates and progress reports and responsible for the audits, sub contractors, logbooks, method statements, RAMS and other relevant documentation. This role will include ensuring all compliance is being met for several commercial sites.

Duties:

• Audits
• Completing logbooks
• RAMS
• Permits to work
• Managing and organising subcontractors
• Quotations
• Reports
• Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
• Conducting client meetings
• Ensuring the Technical Services Manager is kept up to date on a regular basis
• Liaising with client representatives in respect of corrective repair works.

Requirements:

• Qualified in either electrical or mechanical engineering (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
• Experience in commercial maintenance (At least 5 years prior)
• Maintaining client relationships experience - must be very client facing, sitting with the client in the same office
• Documentation management experience
• Ambitious character

Salary and Benefits:

• £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
