Major Recruitment is currently recruiting for Recruitment Advisor in Northampton


Our recruitment teams are based out of Liverpool and Birmingham, however this role we are looking for someone based in
Northampton Area.


We would like to have a recruiter based in Liverpool, as we would prefer for them to go into the office once a week.

There will also be expensed travel to Northampton once a month.


What we are looking for?

  • Previous work experience in a fastmoving, target focused environment
  • Proven track record within an inhouse or agency recruitment role
  • The ability to multitask effectively and prioritise appropriately
  • A strong communicator who is resilient with high customer service focus to manage upwards to very senior levels
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Previous experience of managing stakeholder relationships High levels of accuracy, attention to detail and time management
  • Excellent IT skills, preferably with some working knowledge of database management systems
  • A strong team player with a flexible and "cando" attitude.

Working hours:


  • Working hours 9am5pm (30 mins Lunch) however flexible too happy to alternate hours when needed.

Pay rates:


  • Competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum DOE
  • Rate of pay £15.38 (basic) equated to £30K per annum

Additional Benefits:


  • Are there elements of remote working hours
  • If so, how many days travel would be required? WFH but will be required to attend monthly recruitment days and site visits too in Northampton. Liverpool visits will be quarterly as and when required.
  • Expenses paid? Expenses will be paid for car fuel and stay overs if required.
