Role - Sales AdministratorLocation - Sheffield
Hours - Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm & Early Finish on a Friday 8:00am - 1:00pm (35 hours per week).
Salary - £25,000Adecco Sheffield are proud to be recruiting for our leading client who have been established in Sheffield for over 100 years.
Our client specialises in supplying quality products to retailers internationally, and they currently have an opening within their friendly sales team for a Sales Administrator.
Providing high level administrative support to the Sales Director and the National Accounts Manager, key duties will include:- Processing international and UK orders and invoices accurately
- Generating quotations and proforma invoices
- Liaising with Sales Director and Sales Manager
- Completion of export paperwork for movement of goods
- Handling customers queries and credit request for all customers
- To provide general administrative support and adhoc duties as and when required
- Maintaining and developing excel spreadsheets for tracking the company's largest customers and suppliers
