Services Coordinator4 days per week - based in the office in Finchley Central
£40,000 pro-rata
This is an exciting new opportunity for a strong administration / stakeholder coordinator to work as Schools Services Coordinator for a leading training and child & adolescent psychotherapy and counselling centre.
This role is to support administration of service and relationship / stakeholder management with schools in the region where the charity are providing counselling services and be the liaison between the services and schools
Key duties:
- Liaise with schools (including head teachers, senior staff and governors), external agencies, statutory and nonstatutory organisations in a professional manner.
- Monitor, assess, evaluate and follow up delivery of service provided in order to maintain and improve the service.
- Managing the signing off of invoices
- Promote Services at meetings and events.
Experience and skills:
- Strong administration and coordination skills
- Ability to build relationships with a wide range or stakeholder and influence decision making.
- Awareness of community services; children's, social care, health, public sector
- Confident at delivering presentations in a clear, concise and professional manner
- Good knowledge and understanding of primary and secondary school environment would be advantageous but not essential
- Experience in managing budgets spread sheets, financial figures on Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills essential.
