What is required:

  • Service Management Framework qualification and / or equivalent of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
  • Previously worked in secured environment
  • Technical Understanding (relevant skill level: practitioner)
  • Asset and Configuration Management (relevant skill level: practitioner)
  • Service Focus (relevant skill level: practitioner)
  • Continual Service Improvement (relevant skill level: practitioner)
