    Description
    Corrie Recruitment is looking for a Site Manager for a temporary contract in Rothes.

    The start date is the 22nd April and the duration would be 12 – 16 weeks.


    Applicants must have:
    SMSTS certification and at least 2 years experience as a Site Manager

    familiarity with CDM regs

    First aid

    CSCS card (site manager level as minimum)

    Other health ands safety qualifications such as manual handling, COSHH assessment, risk assessment etc will be useful

    Familiarity with permit to work system

    The Site Managers responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

    * liaising with the client on work to be undertaken on a daily basis and to issue relevant permit to work to subcontractors working on site


    • Review subcontractors RAMS
    * coordinating and supervising all sub contractors working on site

    * making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety

    * checking site work against design drawings

    * maintaining quality control procedures

    * finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up

    * assessing and minimising risk


    • Complete site diary
    • Complete weekly site health and safety inspection
    Reporting


    • Email site diary every Friday and upload them onto Onedrive
    • Email site health and safety inspection report every Friday and upload them onto Onedrive
    • Upload site photo to Onedrive on a daily/ weekly (every Friday) basis
    • Daily/ weekly catchup via phone or Teams to discuss plan of works
    Site Working Hours

    Monday to Thursday = 7:30am – 6:00pm

    Friday = 7:30am – 1:00pm (normally) but could extend to later in the afternoon (4:00pm) depending on work progress
