    Job Description

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an established Content Marketing Manager with a proven track record and strong portfolio to join our marketing team, working closely with external consultants, our Technical Marketing Manager and in-house team to create and deliver content for marketing purposes across the businesses.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and oversee our marketing calendar across all channels, including the website/blog, email newsletters, social media, event material and external content creators/companies
    • Scheduling new website products for all company products
    • Video content planning, working closely with in-house videographer
    • Develop innovative cross-channel marketing strategies and campaigns that increases our visibility, and engages our target audiences
    • Line management responsibility for marketing team, including day-to-day management of workload and operations, regular 1-to-1s, providing feedback and supporting staff
    • Monitor and report on the performance of content marketing efforts, using insights to drive decisions and adjust strategies as needed
    • Create and manage workflows to produce a variety of content types
    • Overall execution and quality check of the content marketing calendar/projects
    • Ensure content is on brand, and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice
    • Any other duties as required

    Skills/Experience Required:

    • Proven experience working in a marketing environment in a management role
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and a 'can-do' attitude, with an ability to bring people together to work towards a common goal
    • Key focus on getting the best out of a team, focussing on morale and recognising efforts and achievements
    • Demonstrable project management skills
    • Experience of creating cross-channel digital strategy
    • An understanding of, and experience in, using WordPress CMS and WooCommerce
    • Knowledgeable in SEO practices across all channels
    • Proven experience devising and developing innovative marketing campaigns
    • Ability to interpret analytical information to develop marketing strategy
    • Well-developed administrative and organisational skills, with proven ability to pay attention to deadlines and detail
    • Ability to work independently, and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
    • Excellent communication, written and presentation skills

    • Hours: 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri with 20 mins paid break
    • Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per year based on experience
