    As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Development Representative (SDR) .

    As an Entry Level Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in driving our company's growth by generating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings with potential clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and eager to kick-start their career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is a remote job with preference of candidates located in either Manchester or Birmingham.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential customers within the car rental industry.
    2. Utilise various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to engage with prospects and introduce them to our software solutions.
    3. Educate prospects on the features and benefits of our platform, highlighting how it can address their specific needs and pain points.
    4. Qualify leads based on established criteria and set up meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
    5. Collaborate closely with sales representatives to develop targeted outreach strategies and achieve sales objectives.
    6. Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
    7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position our solutions in the market.
    8. Continuously strive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
    2. 1year of Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer service, preferably within the SaaS industry is preferred but not a mandate.
    3. Knowledge of the car rental industry and familiarity with fleet management software solutions is a plus.
    4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with prospects and build rapport.
    5. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
    6. Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    7. Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for learning and professional development.
