Specialist Order Processor Job in Poole
Our well-established client in Poole are recruiting a Specialist Order Processor.

You will be responsible for helping promote and maintain the order processing inbox and support the incoming sales inbox, and process the orders received via these channel.


Duties and Responsibilities of the Specialist Order Processor:

  • Undertake regular office administration routines
  • Be familiar with the operation of relevant software and channels for processing orders for customers
  • Management of the order processing inbox
  • Enter data and process orders through Company ERP, both manually and using excel imports
  • Record all activity on the Company's CRM, Smartsheet and the customer's own systems
  • Record all order processing and sales order queries on Company CRM
  • It is also important that the inbox is used clearly so that other team members can work on your behalf during time away from the office
  • Safely use the office shredder and responsibly shred documents and dispose of the waste in a timely manner whilst observing safety instructions at all times
  • Scanning of Pick notes and Delivery notes

Skills and Experience:


  • A high level of keyboard skills
  • Conveys accurate information effectively, using appropriate methods to reflect the needs of the audience and ensure understanding
  • Builds and maintains good relationships with customers and colleagues by adopting the most appropriate approach to deal with people and situations
  • Efficient in one's use of time and works in a wellstructured way
  • Takes responsibility for personal improvement, learning from experience and new situations.
  • Responds positively to changing a business circumstances readily adapts behaviour to maintain effective performance
  • Accurate, pays attention to detail and ensures tasks are completed on time

Salary and Benefits:


  • A salary of £28,000 £30,000 per annum
