    Business Development Manager (Remote with travel)

    With the choice of target companies to approach, nationally and internationally, there is so much scope to drive forward new business and be rewarded, not to mention great flexibility in this business of new product development.

    If you have a real ambition for securing new business, and a passion for fast moving products, this could be the perfect Business Development Manager career move.

    Collaborate with the senior management to develop your own strategy to target and onboard new business across the UK and international markets within the retail and grocery sectors

    Research the market, and work with the NPD team to identify trends and opportunities for the company to expand their product portfolio to ensure you are offering grocers/retailers products that are on-trend and sustainable.

    Understand retailer needs and pain points to develop tailored products plans to win and secure new business, providing exceptional service to develop the partnership long term.

    Track and report on your sales performance, giving regular updates to senior management - you will have full P&L ownership and accountability.

    Minimum Requirements for the

    Business Development Manager:
    At least 5 years proven experience in a sales or new business development role
    FMCG product experience is essential
    Willingness to travel both internationally and nationally as required.
