I am looking for an experienced Lean Leader to join a leading Aerospace Manufacturing organisation on full time and permanent basis.

Permanent
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 5:00pm and Friday: 8.30am to 2:00pm

Responsible for implementation of strategy that has been created at higher organisational levels.
Assist in development of local level Lean strategy that aligns with higher organisational levels.
Ensure steering committees and teams are established at local level and they commit to implement Lean principles.
Confident to research and analyse data effectively and able to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports.
Experience in Change Management
