Management Accountant

Deeside

37k to 42k

Part qualified or full qualified

8.30am to 5.00pm (Office Based) - potential of hybrid (1 day at home)

23days plus bank holidays
This role is reporting into the Finance Director and will be responsible for the following duties:
Assist head of finance in day to day running of the finance department
Cashflow management and forecasts
Accrual / Prepayments
Journal posting
P/L to actual - investigate variances
Credit Control duties (supporting the credit controller when needed)
Balance Sheet reconciliations
Cost analysis
Board pack information
Month end close and reporting
Manage a small finance team
Other duties as required by the finance Director

Skills/Qualifications

  • AAT / CIMA/ACCA Part or Newly Qualified Management Accountant
  • Worked in a management accountant role previously
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills
  • Passion for making processes and systems more efficient
  • Excellent attention to detail
