We are opening clinics in the following locations in Q1 and Q2 of 2024

Bristol

Carlisle

Glasgow

Northampton

Stockton-on-Tees

Maidenhead (near Slough)

This role starts as a part-time role 2 days a week. 1 day will be training and will be based primarily at our Birchwood clinic (near Manchester/Warrington). This is just off junction 10 of the M62 between Liverpool and Manchester.

Our entire focus is on graftless immediate full jaw rehabilitation with implants and fixed teeth for the terminally dentate.

We have developed a fully digital workflow to rehabilitate patients WITHOUT models (either plaster or printed) and no impressions other than digital ( Trios and iMetric 4D).

Face scanning is standard. As is the use of CBCT. You will be taught how use all this equipment, and how to assimilate and analyse this data. You must be proficient in the use of technology including iPhones, iPads and Microsoft based laptops. Technology is a cornerstone of our clinical activity. The understanding of the use of technology is a must.

There are 5 clinical phases

Full Clinical Assessment Phase

Surgical Revision Phase

Post Surgery Data Capture

LTP (Long Term Prosthetics) Fit Phase

Annual Maintenance Phase

With our proprietary guided system, Implants and fixed teeth are usually delivered on the day of surgery within 90 minutes per jaw.

Patients do not wait around for post surgery milling or denture conversion with cemented cylinders. The prosthesis is pre milled and delivered immediately post surgery

Our solution has been developed from the ground up to be very surgically and prosthetically efficient for the patient and clinical team.

The surgical team is led by Dr Izabela Turek who was the senior surgeon at Evodental prior to joining 21D

This job is a structured mentored post and no past experience in dental implantology is required.

You will be taught and mentored in house by our highly experienced team

We currently provide over 100 full jaw rehabilitations per month and rising

You will be joining a team of senior and resident clinicians, nurses, clinical and non clinical administrators, digital clinical designers and technicians.

Currently our organisation employs 80 people and we are growing fast

We work 7 days a week on a rota basis to ensure fairness to all our clinical team members.

You must be able to accommodate this so as to be fair to the team we currently have

The company currently delivers approximately 6000 implants per year

The starting salary for clinical residency training is £85,000 pro rata during training phase.

Once training is complete and proficiency in non surgical steps and independent working is demonstrated then salary will move to £120,000.

Beyond that will come from audit and appraisals of your peers
