This forward-thinking, creative business offer hybrid working (1 day from home), working as part of a collaborative support team and excellent benefits.


Duties Include:


  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Answering phones
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Liaising with suppliers as required
  • Assisting with project document control
  • Providing assistance for client presentations
  • Organising meetings
  • Diary management
  • Typing up letters
  • Accepting and distributing deliveries
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Preparing refreshments for internal and external meetings, setting up and clearing meeting rooms
  • Maintaining and providing support with meeting room AV setup as required
  • Ordering office supplies for UK offices
  • Organising events and lunches
  • Opening and franking post
  • General filing and archiving
  • Other adhoc duties

Personal Specification:


  • Experience in a similar role within a creative environment
  • Wellpresented and professional
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Competent with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook, photoshop and indesign
  • Strong team player
  • Highly professional
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible, with a willingness to tackle a variety of duties and to learn new skills
  • Reliable
