The Role:
We are seeking a skilled individual to coordinate an end-to-end Service Assurance process, encompassing Service Design and Transition.
Collaborating closely with Project and Operational Teams, you will ensure that new and modified IT Services possess comprehensive Service Design Packages and meet agreed Service Transition and Operational Readiness criteria.
This involves crafting artifacts such as runbooks, configuring ITIL service support processes, establishing support and RACI models, devising Disaster Recovery plans, and facilitating knowledge transfer.
