Our client, a well-established fabrication business in the Knottingley area, seeks to appoint a Draughtsman to work alongside the design, production and workshop teams

The business designs, manufactures and installs architectural metalwork covering staircases, balustrades, canopies, balconies, mezzanines and bespoke work.

Creating accurate technical drawings using SolidWorks based on given measurements, specifications and calculations for steel fabrication – platforms, staircases, mezzanines etc.

Deliver compliant designs to the Production Manager that meet quality, cost and time objectives.
Mechanical engineering qualification and at least two years of design experience.
Conversant with SolidWorks.
