    bpesearch is delighted to be representing a leading international manufacturer of FMCG products, in their search for a Supply Chain Director UK&I. We are searching for a seasoned professional to spearhead end-to-end supply chain operations and drive excellence within their dynamic organisation.

    Role Overview: As the Supply Chain Director, you will play a pivotal role as part of the UK leadership team, with full accountability for the end-to-end supply chain operations across the UK and Ireland. This encompasses overseeing the entire operations, including Manufacturing, Warehousing, Delivery, and Customer Service, with additional accountability for Procurement and Technical through a matrix structure.

    The Supply Chain Director will drive excellence in performance metrics such as Critical Service Levels (CSL), Forecast Accuracy, Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), and Inventory optimisation. As an integral leadership position, the remit extends beyond day-to-day operations, contributing significantly to the strategic direction of the supply chain function, driving continuous improvement initiatives, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

    Requirements:

    • Proven track record of leadership in supply chain management, encompassing manufacturing, logistics and procurement within the FMCG industry.
    • Deep understanding of supply chain principles, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to lead change initiatives and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills within a matrix organisation.
    • Ability to navigate and lead as part of a cross-functional leadership team.
