We are recruiting a
Planning Project Administrator to join our team based in West Yorkshire.


What will you be doing in this role?


As a Planning Project Administrator at Tunstall, you'll be responsible managing and maintaining contractor stock levels, maintaining regular contact with multiple installers to confirm received stock and communicating with stores when required.

On top of this, using the newly implemented system (IFS) to process handling units, process transport tasks, reserving and issuing stock to projects.

You will have experience of project planning along with good Microsoft Office skills and a organisational skills.


Key skills and experience:


  • Good educational background minimum grade C GSCE/O Level English language or the equivalent
  • Excellent Word Processing/Typing Skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook. The Word experience should include letter writing and Excel creating charts from data
  • Good organisational skills ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines. Good verbal communication/interpersonal skills including dealing with people on the telephone.
  • Numerate, levelheaded, practically minded, tactful, selfmotivated.
  • Some experience of working in a busy office.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:


  • Provide administration and filing systems which give prompt and accurate retrieval of information and adequate security for confidential information
  • Assisting Project Expeditor with the collation of faxban data.
  • Processing files for Planning Coordinators
  • Provide administrative support to the planning department including filing, photocopying, printing of drawings, site instruction manuals.
  • Collation of operating and maintenance manuals for installation projects
  • Holiday and sickness cover for planning department
  • Any other tasks as and when required.
