    Role and Responsibilities: As a Disability Assessor, you will be responsible for evaluating and assessing the impact of disabilities on individuals' daily lives.

    Your role will involve:
    • Conducting face-to-face assessments in a professional and empathetic manner.
    • Gathering comprehensive information from individuals, medical professionals, and relevant documentation.
    • Analysing and interpreting medical evidence to make accurate and fair assessments.
    • Preparing detailed and concise reports for review and decision-making.
    • Contributing to the enhancement of assessment processes through your expertise and feedback.

    Requirements:
    • At least 12 months of post-qualification experience in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Paramedic, or Occupational Therapy
    • Active registration with NMC/HCPC with no restrictions on practice
    • No prior Disability Assessor experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with individuals and medical professionals.
    • Excellent analytical abilities to evaluate complex medical information.
