    Ensuring that processes and procedures are adhered to in line with company and customer policies.
    Applying operating systems patches and Citrix software updates.
    Building Citrix Servers/Apps (Netscaler, Storefront)

    Taking a pro-active approach to maintenance and monitoring of systems to ensure things run smoothly all of the time.

    Operating in a disciplined and structured manner based on ITIL principles, we ensure efficient service management processes.
    Building and maintaining strong customer and third-party relationships is at the core of what we do.
    Taking a proactive approach to problem management, addressing issues before they escalate.

    Working knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, MCS provisioning of VDI's, NetScaler Gateways and ADM, VMware vSphere 7/8 and NVIDIA GPU/vGPU.

    Expert knowledge of the latest developments and future strategy for their technology area, and an awareness of its application within past and present Sopra Steria engagements.

    Project leading experience within prevailing project management methodology e.g. Extensive experience in Infrastructure Management
    It would be great if you had:

    Working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2022, IGEL Thin Client OS/UMS, MECM and Automated Builds, ADDS, SQL and Advanced trouble shooting techniques.

    Documentation Skills, with the ability to produce documents for use by an end user, as well as operational procedure documentation for use by service desk personnel.

    Accreditation to MCSE level or equivalent in another technology area ITIL foundation
    An out of hours on-call rota is in place to facilitate all non-business hours. Engineers may be requested to join the rota. The on-call rota is staffed voluntarily.
