    Job Overview

    We are delighted to represent our client in offering an opportunity to join their team as a Private Client Solicitor in South Shields.     • Your Mission

    In this pivotal role, you will manage a varied caseload of non-contentious private client matters. Daily tasks involve providing expert advice on inheritance tax, preparing IHT accounts, and crafting tailored Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Your proficiency in Probate will be crucial, and your ability to deliver outstanding service will help maintain the firms reputable standing. This position not only demands a high level of legal expertise but also a dedication to nurturing client relationships and contributing to the firm's ongoing success.

  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 2+ years PQE in private client work.
  • Experience in Probate Work: A proficient level required, STEP qualification preferred.
