Building Physics Engineer - Manchester

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Engineer to become part of an award winning, highly reputable, and successful Sustainability Consultancy based in their London office.

You will be working on a number of different high-cost projects acrosssectors such as; Leisure, Commercial and Residential.

Have a relevant qualification to the field (Engineering, Physics)
Experience within client facing problems
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Be able to communicate effectively

Responsibilities:

To ensure servicing, maintenance and repairs are completed to the required standard
Completing additional works as part of the wider business events set up/pack down, installation works, quoted works etc.
Build strong relationships with Clients/ Suppliers and staff
Ensure all works are delivered to a high safety standard including Risk Assessments and Method statements etc.
Electrical and Mechanical maintenance such as AHU's, FCU's, Generator tests, Pressurisation units
To ensure tasks are completed with the appropriate H&S awareness/implementation.
