Acoustic Consultant - Manchester

Penguin Recruitment is proud to be working alongside a leading Acoustic Consultancy in their search for an experienced Acoustician to join the team out of the Manchester offices My client offers international consultancy and research services to a rangeof public and private sector clients within the infrastructure, healthcare, education, construction and residential sectors.

Joining as the newest member of the team, my client will provide you with additional training & a wealth of knowledge to develop yourskills as an Acoustic Consultant - this opportunity offers great exposure to environmental, building and architectural acoustics

Requirements:

Experience working in a UK based acoustic consultancy with experience undertaking either environmental noise surveys or architectural acoustic designbased work.
IOA membership.
Full UK driving licence.

Duties:

Undertake noise assessments and surveys.
Preparation of fee proposals.
Continued professional development.
Noise modelling work using software including CadnaA & ODEON.
Prepare and complete technical reports.
Liaise with clients, local authorities, and engineers regarding project requirements.
Acoustic design.
