This top 200 UK Law firm in Bristol is looking for an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their team and work closely with a highly experienced partner.
Within this role you would be responsible for a case load of varied litigated cases relating to a wide range of contentious probate, trusts and Inheritance Act claims as well as some cohabitation disputes.
The ideal candidate for this role will be NQ - 4 PQE with the ability to manage their own case load, build lasting relationships with clients and have prior experience within contentious probate. Within this role you will be encouraged to seek a ACTAPS accreditation.
You will be responsible for your own cases but will also have the opportunity to assist on high value, complex claims.
This role is ideal for either an NQ with experience and a passion for contentious probate, or maybe for a solicitor with experience in this area that is looking for a position in which they can progress.
