    Position Overview:

    Akrivia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our brand and marketing efforts as we diversify into new audiences, this role reports to the COO and is part of our Senior Management Team.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing the company's marketing plans, driving brand awareness, and generating marketing leads in the healthcare or technology industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies to promote Akrivia's products and services across the NHS, charity & commercial industries.
    • Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to increase brand awareness within the relevant arenas.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features, benefits, and target audience to effectively position Akrivia's offerings in the market.
    • Drive brand awareness and visibility through targeted marketing campaigns, including events and digital marketing activities, bringing new and creative ideas to reach target audiences to support Akrivia's commercial strategy.
    • Work in conjunction with the COO to provide pivotal strategic marketing insights to support our commercial goals.
    • Create compelling marketing collateral, including sales materials, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers, to support sales efforts and engage prospects.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
    • Manage the company's online presence, including the website, social media channels, and online advertising campaigns, to optimize engagement and lead generation.
    • Organise and attend industry-relevant conferences with key members of the organisation.
    • Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
    • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, industry influencers, partners, and customers, to enhance brand reputation and drive business growth.
    • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare marketing to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification such as the CIM Diploma in Marketing
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B marketing, within the healthcare or technology industry.
    • Proven experience acting as a senior leader within a start-up environment.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing brand and commercial marketing plans that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
    • Good understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, including the NHS landscape, regulations, and challenges.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
    • Experienced with WordPress and the Adobe Creative suite, particularly InDesign
    • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, email marketing automation, and social media management.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
    • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
    • Enthusiastic self-starter with a proactive mindset and a willingness to take initiative.
