In Trafford Children's Services, our goal is to provide timely and effective support to children and families. We aim to deliver interventions that truly enhance the lives of those we serve. Our mantra is simple - 'Is this good enough for my child?'

We are looking for confident and proactive practitioners and managers who are supported by strong leadership. Our culture prioritizes the well-being of our managers and social workers, understanding that a nurturing environment ultimately leads to better outcomes for children and families. We have invested in a comprehensive program with relational specialists to provide continuous training and foster personal growth among our social workers. This commitment has been acknowledged in our latest Ofsted report, praising the positive cultural shift and enhanced skills development.

We are currently seeking qualified Advanced Practitioners to join our vibrant teams:

Roles available in various teams with hybrid work arrangements combining locality-based and remote work.

Workload: Emphasis on manageable workloads through supportive management and performance monitoring.

ASYE Programme: Support for newly qualified social workers with mentorship, training, and regular reflective sessions.

Opportunities for Progression: Encouragement for career growth through project assignments and skill development.
