Reactive Maintenance Plumber / Domestic Plumber - Croydon

Starting Salary :
£35-40k

Mon-Fri - 40 HRS P/W

A full driving license is required.

As one of our clients plumbing specialist engineers, your role will be to deliver the leak location and repair process on the back of a leak alert from the clients product.

What you would be required to deliver:

Consistently deliver our brand promise to make dealing with alerts from the client effortlessly.
Ensure the Customer fully understands the great service you will provide before, during and after the work is completed.
Strive to find and fix leaks first time every time, to the highest possible standard with mínimal disruption to the Customer.
Use equipment and inventory as efficiently as possible and reduce waste where you can.
Use Company equipment (tablet, laptop and phone) effectively and in line with the correct operating procedure.
Create a favourable and professional image in respect of Customers, colleagues and the general public at all times.
Contribute to a team spirit that is conducive to the client and its' Customers
