- Oversee day-to-day operations, including project scheduling, budget management, and resource allocation.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and tradespeople through effective communication and collaboration.
- Utilize technology tools such as PlanSwift, MS Office, and Excel to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Conduct site visits and inspections, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project requirements.
- Travel to client sites within a 1.5-hour radius of the KWC region as required.
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of general contracting principles, with experience in ICI and unionized environments.
- Proficiency in technology tools such as PlanSwift, MS Office, and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
