Key Responsibilities:
Guide patients through both pre and post-treatment phases, collaborating with clinical teams as needed for expert advice.
Maintain a compassionate and professional approach, ensuring patients always feel at ease and supported throughout their treatment journey.
Handle patient inquiries across various communication platforms, and respond to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
Oversee and support patients through each stage of their treatment cycle using our patient record management system, ensuring all required tasks are executed promptly.
