- Manufacturing and installing ventilation and furniture
- Working to engineering standards, striving for quality
- Using a range of hand tools
- Hand skills required for manufacturing & installation purposes
- Understanding of manufacturing and installation drawings
- Trade papers, e.g., formal apprenticeship
- Clear understanding of SHE risks awareness and manufacturing processes
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and/or at height
- Safety certification i.e., SHE induction, COSHH awareness
- Background in major construction/manufacturing environment
