A new opportunity has arisen for street cleaning roles working for a local authority in ConwyAs a Street cleanser, you will be:
Providing general front-line support to members of the general public in a courteous manner
Responsible for general cleanliness of an area, including mechanical hand sweeper along with litter collection using a hand cart
Keeping the sites clean and tidy
Emptying litter and dog bins on a daily basis
Requirements for the Street Cleanser job are:
A good work ethic, physically fit due to the nature of the role and happy to work outdoors
Strong customer service and communication skills
Your own steel toe cap safety boots, other PPE will be provided.
The ability to drive a 7.5 tonne vehicle
This is a temporary on going role offering an hourly pay rate of £11.98 per hour plus holiday pay. Additional rates are paid over the weekend.
Working hours will be 7:00am - 18:10 pm and will be 4 on 4 off on a rota basis meaning that weekends will be involved.
