Our client, a fast-growing search/recruitment firm are seeking a superb new Marketing Manager to join their dynamic existing team.

This is a real opportunity for the right person as this would be their first marketing hire and it would be standalone for the first six months with a view to hiring an executive/assistant to support this person in the long term.

They would love to meet an ambitious, client facing and experienced individual who can hit the ground running as is seeking a meaty, involved and strategic generalist role.

This person would be responsible for spearheading their marketing initiatives as well as being accountable for branding, website, event organisation, communication and social media.

This position will also play an important role in their expansion into the US market, helping the engagement and lead generation with international clients and candidates.

You will be expected to create compelling visual content from social media posts to dynamic email campaigns, and enhance the company's digital presence especially on LinkedIn, driving brand awareness.

Experience in event coordination would also be beneficial.
