Software packager (m/f/d) in applicationdeployment

Permanent position, full-time -Cologne Your tasks

• You package and distribute software products usingmodern scripting languages
• You work withcommon software distribution solutions such as Microsoft Intune,Microsoft SCCM (Endpoint Configuration Manager), OPSI and others
• You improve and optimize the softwaredistribution processes
• You analyze andrectify faults in new and existing software packages
• You are the central contact person (m/f/d) for theintroduction of new software products
• Youcarry out functional tests of new software packages
• You create associated documentation and develop itfurther
• You work in 2nd level support forWindows 10 and Windows 11 computers

Your profile

• You havesuccessfully completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist (orcomparable) or an IT degree
• Relevantcertifications or completed training courses are nice, but notessential
• You work just as wellindependently as part of a team
• A goodtechnical understanding, a pronounced service and solutionorientation as well as a structured and careful way of workingcharacterize you
• Ideally, you have a class Bdriving license
• Fluent written and spokenGerman is a prerequisite - English is an advantage

Your experience

Sound knowledge in the following areas is desirable:

• Creation of software packages (e.g. withPowershell and Batch) or (initial) scripting experience
• Carrying out error analyses of softwarepackages/programs as well as troubleshooting in Windowsenvironments
• Knowledge of scripting orprogramming languages (Powershell, Python or others)
• Creation of concepts and installation instructions
