A global insurer is looking to hire a Business Analyst to join their AI Solutions team.

12m FTC: £55,000 - £70,000

Location: London

Working Type: Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Assess current processes through functional specifications and user stories, proposing enhancements by aligning them with future business operations.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and a diverse team, including SMEs, C-suite executives, Experience Designers, Product Managers, Consultant Developers, and QA.
• Facilitate coordination and collaboration among project stakeholders in workshops.
• Engage in collaborative analysis and design of sophisticated business applications using cutting-edge technologies.
• Develop and review test cases, coordinating with business stakeholders and end users for user acceptance testing, including testing AI models for accuracy and performance, and contribute to ongoing solution design and user support post-transition.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Master's/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a focus on Computer Science.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with geographically dispersed technical teams to fulfill requirements and devise solutions.
• Experience in testing AI Models
• Proven track record of delivering business solutions for strategic projects and programs, ensuring a balance between cost, quality, and time.
• Proficient in industry best practices and standards, adept at applying appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Cultivate and sustain productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with relevant KPIs associated with large-scale projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of SDLC lifecycle and various delivery methods.
