Self-motivated and enthusiastic, you will have a key role in the continued development of the Housing Options Service.


About the role


You will be responsible for the day to day supervision of a team of Homelessness Prevention Officers, working alongside three other Team Leaders, delivering a prevention focused Housing Options service and ensuring that the best possible service is provided.


You will ensure that statutory obligations under the Housing Act 1996, Part VII (as amended) and the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017 are complied with by providing advice and guidance and undertaking regular casework reviews with the Homelessness Prevention Officers.


You will encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team, with all team members involved and responsible for taking the service forward.
