- Lead and manage your own projects whilst assisting on the successful end to end delivery of larger scale projects.
- Working closely with the lead producer of the project and working to project timelines and hitting key milestones.
- Represent the company whilst out on shoots and managing clients.
- 3+ years experience working within a production team and creative services sector with an emphasis on managing and delivering projects in excess of £40k.
- An underlying passion for film and a desire to steer the team around them to make the very best.
- Proven on-set experience, helping lead and assist on shoots.
- Experience in time management systems and budget tracking.
- Ability to manage a client.
- Open to regional and international travel, sometimes for extended periods of time.
- Strong organisational & team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (face to face/telephone & written).
- Proficient knowledge of Apple and Microsoft suites. A bonus if you have experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Full UK Drivers License is a must.
