We are recruiting a customer services advisor for a well known charity.

This role will be starting asap until the end of March 2023


This role is remote working

Hours:
Monday - Friday

Please see below a description of the duties for the customer services advisor.

  • Providing frontline support for customers
  • Escalating bugs/fixes to ensure that customer issues are resolved as quickly as possible
  • Follow up with customers and arrange any future calls with the Customer Success team
  • Supporting the team in general and going where the customer demand is
You must have experience in customer services and be available for work immediately.

You must also be able to commit to the length of the assignment.
