We are recruiting a customer services advisor for a well known charity.This role will be starting asap until the end of March 2023
This role is remote working
Hours:
Monday - Friday
Please see below a description of the duties for the customer services advisor.
- Providing frontline support for customers
- Escalating bugs/fixes to ensure that customer issues are resolved as quickly as possible
- Follow up with customers and arrange any future calls with the Customer Success team
- Supporting the team in general and going where the customer demand is
You must also be able to commit to the length of the assignment.
