Conducting thorough analysis of data to uncover patterns and valuable insights within client portfolios.
Identifying opportunities to create, refine, and implement strategies for improving recovery outcomes.

Communicating with clients to grasp the key factors driving performance, presenting visual representations of data insights, and proposing actionable enhancements.

Performing ad-hoc analyses for both internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborating effectively with colleagues across various departments, particularly in effectively conveying technical details.
Assuming ownership of project components and proactively providing progress updates as needed.
Overseeing the management information (MI) processes regularly, both on a weekly and monthly basis, alongside the wider team.
Monitoring and conveying financial performance metrics throughout the organization.
