- Carrying out regular and planned Repair, and/or service visits on platform and stair lifts
- Liaise with the service team to update them on the status of jobs and to report any relevant faults/further works
- Meeting agreed customer response times, building relationships with our clients
- Problem solving and working on own initiative
- Participate in the on call rota as required, attending any call outs that may arise
- Control stocks on the company vehicle, to ensure continued availability of spare parts
