- Provide a first-class customer service to all customers through accurate and prompt communication and operational service delivery.
- You must always endeavor to maintain and uphold the policies and procedures of the organisation, in the best interests of The Brick. Our aim is to ensure that all resources are utilised effectively and efficiently, and you are expected to use sound 'value for money' principles in undertaking any duties allocated to you.
- Receiving and sorting donations
- Arranging and pricing up donations for sale
- Assisting customers to help find what they're looking for.
- Processing customer payments for items at the counter/till
- Addressing refunds and credit notes
- Cleaning and general housekeeping of the shop in and out of shop hours
- Collaborating with other staff and volunteers to keep the shop floor clean and presentable.
