- Ensuring timely and accurate payroll data input on to the DCC Payroll and HR management System, known as iTrent.
- Run multiple pay runs to strict deadlines each month.
- Input of complex payroll input, ensuring
- Development of an excellent understanding in Payroll knowledge and
- Prioritize workload and work well under pressure.
- Learn a specialist area of payroll and where there are changes required in iTrent, work with the Team Leader's (Payroll), Systems Development Analysts and the Compliance
- Attend meetings and provide input on the payroll practice, as required in Management decision
- Responsibility for the update of the Employee Operations web
- Respond to payroll queries by telephone, e-mail or
- User Acceptance Testing as required.

Delivering one of the largest payroll's in Devon is a challenge but one that we thrive on.
Our busy, friendly staff deal with all aspects of payroll administration in offices conveniently situated close to the M5/A30 corridor and hosting many local services. We are hybrid workers who work in the office and at home.
We are seeking someone who is self-motivated, flexible and well organised with demonstrable experience of working to tight deadlines. You will possess sound literacy, numeracy and interpersonal skills with good attention to detail. Knowledge of HMRC legislation is an advantage. Previous experience in payroll or a financial role is essential. Training will be provided.
