Job summary
The Hotel Services Department are looking to recruit either an experienced supervisor in a similar role, or someone wishing to take a step up into a supervisory position.
The Trust currently has 7 hospital sites, and a range of other clinical and administrative buildings across Northamptonshire. The supervisor post holder will be responsible for Berrywood Hosptial in Northampton. They will be expected to manage rotas, take on supervision and appraisals tasks, alongside supporting the Operations Manager with day-to-day management of the teams.
The position is hours per week, predominately Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00/08:00-16:00 (30 Minute unpaid break daily), although flexibility for shifts and days worked is vital to meet business demands.
