Due to organic growth we are are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly team.


The role of a recruitment consultant will include but not be limited to;

  • Building positive relationships with clients to understand their recruitment requirements.
  • Business development to secure new client business
  • Visiting clients to build a stronger relationship and gain a better understanding of the business, their culture and requirements
  • Negotiating terms of business
  • Advertising vacancies on all major job boards and social media and our website
  • Headhunting with LinkedIn
  • Preparing and submitting CV's to clients
  • Handling job offers negotiating, salary benefits etc
  • General ad hoc duties

To be considered for the role you must;

  • Have previous recruitment experience
  • Be hard working and driven
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Be target driven
