    The FMCG team manages businesses within Food & Beverages, Health & Wellness, Home Care & Cleaning, Pets and Flowers. The team is responsible for identifying, onboarding and growing new merchants as well as creating long term strategies to develop existing businesses on TikTok Shop.

    The team manages over 400 merchants and thousands of products which customers are able to buy on TikTok Shop. Merchants sell by posting their own content, or by working with creators to post content on their behalf.

    The FMCG team is set to grow throughout 2024 in order to continue to deliver sales for our merchants and ensure customers continue to have access to market leading brands in the UK.

    Job Description
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants. Commercial experience of negotiating strong deals based on campaign or seasonality as well as securing first to market launches
    - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across creator managers, policy team, legal, logistics, Ads, agencies etc
    - Contribute to overall health category strategy. Experience working with affiliates and trends preferred but not essential
    - Entrepreneurial approach - confidence in defining seller and category initiatives to drive growth and competitive advantage as well as team projects to continuously optimise ways of working

    Qualifications

    Requirements:
    - Bachelor's degree ideally in a finance, business or marketing related topic or similar from a reputable University.
    - Strong understanding of the FMCG industry landscape and able to identify industry growth opportunities.
    - Strong data analytics skills
    - Solution-led and problem-solving nature
    - UK market experience required

    Preferred requirements:
    - Experience within Home Care or Pets category
