Introduction:

Our client is a world leading engineering and technology company working within the defence sector who are looking for a Manufacturing Planning Lead with expertise in Material Requirements Planning and Lean Tools manufacturing. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded engineering company and support their manufacturing team.

Key responsibilities:

Ensure that products are manufactured to time.
Work with suppliers to gather materials.
Use material requirement planning tools.
Lead a manufacturing shop floor team.

Skills & experience:

Experience using material requirement planning tools.
Strong understanding of Lean techniques.
Ability to work with suppliers.
Good understanding of manufacturing / planning within defence.
