    Catering Assistant

    Location: New Craig's Hospital, Inverness

    Working Hours : Thursday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00pm

    Salary : £12.05 per hour

    Your new role

    What you'll do:

  • Ensure that a good quality of food is produced
  • Health and safety procedures are correctly and fully understood and implemented
  • To cover kitchen supervisor role when required
  • Stock management / control of waste
  • Customer liaison
  • Maintaining high standards of service/ and service level agreements
  • Takes pride in delivering a quality service to meet customer needs.
  • Can motivate and enable others to achieve Robertson's business objectives
  • What you'll need:

    You will have previous experience in a Food Service environment and aptitude to work effectively in a fast-paced catering operation.

    The successful candidate will require a DBS/Disclosure Check before starting in the job.
